Gajiganna Youth Development Intiative
Gajiganna Youth Development Initiative (GYDI) Is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-governmental initiative. GYDI Is a community development initiative dedicated to educate, enlighten, unite and uplift the well-being of the community irrespective of race, religion, creed, personal interest or political convictions.

Peace, Unity & Development
The Peace and Community Development Committee is responsible for promoting peace, unity, and development in the community, creating awareness about any incidents and promoting developmental programs, educating and enlightening the community about new developments, assisting the community with online applications, identifying and communicating the basic needs of the community to the Executive Council, and performing any other related tasks assigned by the Executive Council.

Agricultural Activities
The Agriculture Committee is responsible for identifying and forwarding the basic needs of small holder farmers, preparing and presenting agricultural programs for them, collecting their information and distributing farm inputs, liaising with other agricultural bodies, and performing any agricultural-related duties assigned by the Executive Council.

Quality Education
The Education Committee is responsible for identifying and forwarding the basic needs of both Islamic and western education students, distributing teaching and learning materials, collaborating with other educational bodies and participating in scholarship programs, preparing and presenting back to school programs, guiding students on the application of JAMB, and carrying out any other education-related tasks assigned by the Executive Council.

Good Health & Well Being
The Health Committee is responsible for identifying and communicating basic health needs to the Executive Council, organizing and presenting health education programs, mobilizing and sensitizing communities, promoting hygiene during outbreaks, and visiting health facilities to ensure the availability of drugs and medical equipment.

Youth Empowerment
The Youth Empowerment and Skills Acquisition Committee is responsible for preparing and presenting skill acquisition programs, identifying and forwarding the needs of participants to the Executive Council, and carrying out any other related tasks assigned by the Executive Council.

No fewer than two persons have been killed following a fire outbreak that razed over 500 houses in Gajiganna Town in Magumeri Local Government Area of Borno State.
School Incentives to Orphans
school materials to four orphans of Gajiganna who obtained admission at different Unity Colleges under the Students Exchange Program.
